My pension has not come

It stopped, came late, or came short

This goes to the pension complaints cell with a docket number you can quote on the phone. Most of these turn out to be one of three things: the yearly proof-of-life was missed, the bank account was closed or dormant, or the branch never applied an increase.

  • Bank passbookThe first page, where the account number and IFSC are printed.
  • A recent pension slipAny month from this year.
