Get back the part of your pension you sold
Fifteen years after taking a lump sum, the full pension comes back
If you took a lump sum at retirement, your monthly pension was cut for fifteen years to pay for it. On the fifteenth anniversary the full amount is supposed to come back on its own. Banks miss this exactly as they miss the increase at 80. If yours did, you are owed every rupee since that date, and we will work out how much.
